Day 226- Agony and Self Accountability
Investigate Desteni.org
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to agonize over things that require action.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to let the tasks and actions I must take agonize me.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into a state of agony as feeling drained and weighed down and burdened by the tasks i must complete.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into agony as feeling victimized by having to do things.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to victimize myself by letting time be consumed while in agony while not doing or taking the actions required.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to feel alone in my agony of having to face what I must do in my life alone as holding myself accountable.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to expect others to hold me accountable for what I must do.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to require myself to be moved into action and doing what I need to do.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to regret the consequences of not moving myself into action in my life.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to agonize over how overwhelming I've made action to be in my life.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to make taking action and doing what I need to do in my life as holding myself accountable a burden.
I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to not pride myself by holding myself accountable to my utmost potential.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to lower myself to less then my utmost potential as holding myself accountable and doing what I need to do.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to let fear influence me to not hold myself to self accountability for my actions.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to agonize over what I must do to take action within myself and my life because i define myself as lazy and less then being able to achieve my utmost potential.
When and as I see myself agonizing over what I must do ad taking action in my life, I stop, I breathe, I realize the decisions I make need to be based in reality with consideration for consequences, thusly, I commit myself to take self responsibility for my life and actions so that I can stay ahead on what needs to be done and not wait for consequence to victimize myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create real world agony for myself by dragging things out past when they should have been dealt with.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not do things in a timely manner when I don't have to force myself to get things done at the last minute causing stress and sloppy work.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to agonize about not doing things in a timely efficient manner without correcting myself to simply do things on time.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to make things harder for myself by doing everything at the very last possible moment.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to give into my desire to alleviate myself from responsibility by doing other things then my responsibility.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to entertain myself instead of taking responsibility for myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not take my responsibility seriously until things get serious.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not foresee things getting serious until their are consequences for not having taken things serious and addressed the issue before it gets out of hand.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to place blame by wanting to fight the consequence of not doing what I need to do in a timely manner once things get out of hand, apposed to fighting myself to do what I need to do before things get out of hand.
When and as I see myself going into agony in relationship the consequences of not taking self responsibility for what I need to do, I stop, I breathe, I realize I either have to fight myself now and not let the consequences grow, or fight myself later once the consequences have grown worse, thusly, I commit myself to fight with myself to make sure I do what needs to be done before the consequence grow so large that I can go into total blame victimization possession.
