I've realized how it's important to not think of living words as a feeling or energy experience, but to look very practically at how a word can be clearly seen in one's living instead of just a certain feeling internally. So I try to break apart the word flow and see how I can live this word in a constructive way to be easeful and not forceful in my movements, actions, words, living. To know when to change paths/approach. When to be self-honest about where I am not adapting and being like 'water'.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to live the word flow by going with the flow of my mind and my energetic desires and impulses.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not decide deliberately the things I am going to do and to do what I decide to do from a expression of flow where I'm not resisting the things I decide to do and doing things with ease and relaxed and not straining or forcing myself to do anything.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define flow as an experience as an energy like I should be feeling water flowing like a river when I am not a river or a waterfall I am a person and how I live a word doesn't necessarily come with a energy experience.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not live the word flow by not trying to force things within myself or around me by knowing when to ease off or push further in relationship to a task or something I am doing.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not live the word flow in relationship to my own body where I am tried to force my body to operate a certain way where I have abused my body using force and now going with the flow of the body being equal to my body in the most streamlined effective way of living and operating within my own flesh.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to try to control the flow of energy trying to create some kind of mental creation that wasn't effective and wasn't really working with my body and with the most effective means of getting to point a to point b in my process and in my living.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not live the word flow where I am not living and moving myself in the most effective means of getting to point a to point b in terms of my effectiveness in my word, in m y process, in my living, in my success in my business, in my impact in the world and my immediate environment.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not live the word flow where I have not been adaptable where I have tried to force things to work a certain way and have been stubborn and refused to adapt and changer where I could have seeing in self honesty that I was doing things in a way that was holding me up and limiting me and thus not allowing me to flow to the next step or stage or goal or task that I could or would like to have been doing smoothly and easily.
When and as I see myself being stubborn and trying to force things to work a certain way and begin reacting and building up a lot of energy and intense relation to something, I stop, I breathe, I realize that living the word flow is to do things in the most effective way with the l east amount of force, thus, I commit myself to live the word flow by not forcing things onto myself or others when I see something I am doing isn't effective for myself and my goals or what I am doing.
