Day 228- Becoming a Relaxed Person
Investigate Desteni.org
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear immersing myself in relaxation.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear going into the expression of relaxation.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear going deep into relaxation as being compromising.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear the idea of realizing as loosening my grip of control.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear loosing what I've established within myself by going into relaxation.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that if the control and direction I have within myself can be compromised by going into relaxation then it's not holding up very well to begin with.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not utilize relaxation to test how well everything is holding up within me.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider relaxation can support me within my process.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear the responsibility of constantly being relaxed.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear entering a new dimension of myself as relaxation.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hold myself attached to my original programing as fearing moving into the dimension of relaxation within myself as my new expression.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear not being able to become a new relaxed person.
When and as I see myself not relaxing, I stop, I breathe, I realize to change my expression into being a relaxed person I have to relax constantly, thusly, I commit myself to constantly relax until I become a relaxed person.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear the resistance of becoming a relaxed person.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear the disgusting things coming up within myself in relationship to trying to change my expression.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear relaxing will make me fat.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my body will become lazy through becoming a relaxed person.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not consider that relaxing will put my body to work.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not put my body to work in each moment by relaxing.
When and as I see myself fearing my disgust and resistance towards trying to become a relaxing person, I stop, I breathe, I realize my body has never put any effort or energy into becoming a relaxed being so my body is not used to being relaxed and just needs time to adjust, thusly, I commit myself to work through the resistance to become a relaxed expression within myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear just letting go and relaxing.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear I can lose everything if I give into relaxation.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize there's nothing worth keeping that can be lost to relaxation.
When and as I see myself fearing what I can lose in letting go and giving into relaxation, I stop, I breathe, I realize nothing worth keeping within myself can be lost because of relaxation, thusly, I commit myself to completely give into relaxation in each breathe to see what is worth keeping and what is worth letting go within myself.
