Day 234- Redefine Release
Investigate Desteni.org
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hold things against myself without release.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to let things press against me day in and out until I address them.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not forgive things without having to go into writing and speaking self forgiveness and correction by instead living the word release, as releasing things before they build up to a certain point.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not release things immediately so that they don't build up and gain momentum until they are a more advanced structured point.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not live self forgiveness ad living the word release, as releasing myself of things before they build into massive complicated conflicts and problems.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hold onto and not let go of my problems out of extreme fear.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hold onto my conflicts out of fear of being vulnerable in letting go.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define holding on as making me stronger when it makes me weaker for giving into my fear and being directed by it.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define holding on as the only way to build strength.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize letting go as building strength as letting go when my mind of fear is telling me not to as standing up against my fear.
When and as I see myself defining release as weakness, I stop, I breathe, I realize in facing my fear of letting go through living the word release I can become strong in facing my fear, thusly, I commit myself to redefine and live the word release in each breathe as being strong in releasing even through my mind of fear wants me to hold on to everything.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear I cannot release myself from what moves within me.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to live the word suppress out of fear putting resistance against my efforts to release myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to cage myself in early on in my life where I felt fearful and vulnerable where I couldn't imagine an end to having to feel that way, and now that I can, there is already so much chained within me.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to manipulate, restrain, and hide every single aspect of myself out of fear of being attacked and persecuted for expressing myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear expressing myself not being perceive as normal.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear me expressing myself not being perceiving as cool.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to blame others when I myself placed extreme value on social acceptance and inclusion.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear not fitting in and finding my place with other's if I did not mold myself a very specific way.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear never quite being able to find the mold to fit into which would bring me fulfillment in relationship to other's.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize my relationship to other's as self fulfillment as one and equal as releasing my separation through identity dynamics with others and realizing self realization and creation as together.
When and as I see myself living the word release as realizing me from what makes me different, I stop, I breathe, I realize to release myself from trying to mold and craft my life a certain way that inhibits my entire being speaks for itself and could be a way to live that supports self creation and self realization for all, thusly, I commit myself to release my separation from others within my mind as identity and personality revolving around other, as I commit myself to redefine release, as releasing my separation from others through identity and personality.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define giving into sleep and tiredness as release when I don't wake up or even nap feeling released I usually feed bad any time I sleep.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define sleep as a good release from my problems when it only temporary suppress my problem.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define sleep as a feel good release to fix all my problems, when I wake up and I don't want to face anything and my problems are all still there.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to perceive and live as if sleep is released when this is based on memories of sleeping at a very different time in my life.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to live the potential for my sleep to be release when it's only a potential that has not yet ever been brought through to reality.
When and as I see myself living sleep through the word release, I stop, I breathe, I realize I have been living a lie because sleep does not release me from my problems, thusly, I commit myself to take the potential I see to live the word release in sleep and take it into equality as living as living the word sleep as redefine to include the best potential for living release.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear I am too smothered within myself to be able to release anything.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear I am too encumbered with things too be able to release anything.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define being encumbered as making it harder to release things within myself when in using the natural weight of everything within me it makes releasing it easier.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire for release to come easy and without me having to put any effort in.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear constantly taking on more then I'm releasing within myself.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define my relationship to release as needing to release more then I take on within myself as I realize I'm still growing and so a lot of my food consumption and everything is going into growth within me still.
When and as I see myself going into fear as defining myself as needing to release more then I consume within myself, I stop, I breathe, I realize I'm still growing so a lot of my consumption still goes into helping me grow, thusly, I commit myself to redefine release as being traded with growth as I grow a little and release a little so all of my consumption is divided into these things among others and I commit myself to live the word release in relationship to growth in each breathe as I realize I'm always growing and expanding as a person in some way.
